In God’s order of things the ONLY thing that can wash away sins is BLOOD (Leviticus 17:11)
In order to be reconciled with God, we NEED The Blood of Our Lord and Savior Jesus. To be saved we need to BELIEVE in The Lord Jesus, Who Is The Word of God (John 1:1-14) . To believe in HIM we must CONFESS The Lord Jesus (Romans 10:9), which means to FULLY AGREE with Him (Greek verb=Homologeo), and so to FULLY AGREE WITH THE WORD OF GOD (=obedience). Once we do, we receive The LIVING WATER (John 4:10 and Acts 5:32), The Holy Spirit, which over time produces fruits of HOLINESS and RIGHTEOUSNESS. This is the NEW MAN (Ephesians 4:24), who no longer lives for himself, but CHRIST lives in us…
